This notice explains what data the syruellabsgamestudio.com website processes. It is the notice for this website and for the email you send us at its addresses, and it does not cover the studio's apps or games: each one will have its own privacy policy, published with it.

What data this website collects
The website does not ask you for any data: it has no forms, user accounts, advertising or analytics tools in your browser, and it loads nothing from other companies. The only thing processed when you visit it is what our provider sees, explained below.
What our provider sees
To deliver the pages to you and protect them from attacks, Cloudflare, Inc. processes your IP address and other technical data about the connection, such as the browser and the page you request. It does part of this on our behalf and part on its own behalf, to protect and improve its services, as it explains in its privacy policy. It does so on its servers in several countries, including the United States, which involves an international transfer of that data. We also use the visit statistics that Cloudflare gives us in aggregate form, without identifying anyone.
If you write to us
We use your email address and what you tell us to handle your request: to reply to you and, if it is a support matter or a security report, to resolve it. We also keep a record of what was handled. The emails are stored by our email provider, Google Workspace, including outside the Dominican Republic, which involves another international transfer. By writing to us, you authorize us to process them this way. We delete them 24 months after your last email or our last reply, unless a law requires us to keep them longer or there is an open claim or complaint. We do not use them for advertising, and we do not disclose them to third parties unless a law or a court requires us to.
If you tell us you are a minor, we will use your email only to handle your request, and we will delete it as soon as we have resolved it. We recommend that you write to us together with your mother, your father or the adult who looks after you, any of whom can also ask us to delete it.
Your rights
Under Law 172-13, you can request access to, rectification of or erasure of your personal data, or object to its processing, by writing to us at contacto@syruellabsgamestudio.com. We will ask only for what is necessary to verify that it is you. If we do not respond, you can bring a habeas data action.
Changes to this notice
If we change this notice, we will publish the new version here with its date. If the Spanish and English versions differ, the Spanish one prevails.
